I confirm, on behalf of my firm, that I agree to pay Topaz Panel Management Ltd a panel management fee of £150 + VAT per instruction submitted via the platform.

This fee becomes payable upon receipt of a valid instruction and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the matter proceeds to completion or is cancelled or withdrawn at any stage and will be invoiced by Topaz Panel Management Ltd, payable within 14 days of the invoice date. For the purposes of this agreement, a “valid instruction” means where the firm accepts a client instruction and opens a matter on its case management system.

I acknowledge that this fee is charged in consideration of the introduction and panel management services provided by Topaz Panel Management Ltd.

I agree that my firm will not, for a period of 24 months from the date of introduction, directly or indirectly engage with, solicit, or accept instructions from any client introduced via the Topaz Panel Management platform other than through the platform, without the prior written consent of Topaz Panel Management Ltd. This restriction applies whether the approach is initiated by the firm or the client. This obligation survives termination of the firm’s use of the platform.

The fee remains payable where a client introduced via the platform subsequently instructs the firm directly, whether during or after the initial introduction.

I confirm that my firm will:

• Maintain appropriate regulatory authorisations, licences, and professional indemnity insurance
• Respond to enquiries and quote requests promptly (typically within 24 hours)
• Deliver professional services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence
• Provide a high standard of client service to all introduced clients
• Promptly notify Topaz Panel Management Ltd whether an instruction has been accepted, declined, or not proceeded within 2 business days of any material change in status.
